Coaching
Through weekly coaching sessions, I will focus on you, to help you discover your dreams and unlock the greatness inside you. I will listen, ask powerful questions, help you create new perspective and offer insight. These sessions will enable you to develop and discover your dreams, and recognize obstacles between you and your definition of fulfillment in life. I will help you develop a specific plan of action, stay on track, create tools for success, empower you to achieve your dreams and help you unlock your greatness.

Coaching Agreement..
Our coaching agreement or contract is an “at-will” alliance, and we both reserve the right to terminate this partnership at any time. All actions and decisions are yours, and you alone are responsible for the results of theses choices. As your coach, I will encourage, you, motivate you, guide you and help you succeed. The real work is yours – how far you go and how fast you get there is up to you. Following our complimentary foundational session, I require the first month's fees in advance. For subsequent meetings, payment should be mailed to my office and received by the 5th of each month.

Confidentiality…
Trust is essential in building this strong alliance. I guarantee that everything you share with me will remain in complete confidence. If I should desire to share your information with others, I would seek written permission from you. I do, however, reserve the right to act if I am concerned that the information puts the safety of those around you in jeopardy.

Referrals……
I love referrals. Due to the personal nature of this alliance, referring someone is one of the greatest compliments I could receive from you. If you refer someone and they enter into a coaching agreement, you will receive a thank-you gift and a free bonus session.

Coaching packages…

Blue Diamond: Blue diamonds are the rarest diamonds and are actually known to conduct electricity. Put the sparkle back in your life!
You will receive three 50-minute coaching sessions by telephone (or in person) and a written praise-and-action sheet following each session, which will be delivered via email. The fourth week of each month is set aside for personal reflection and recharging. Each week you will receive a motivating and inspiring email to encourage you along the way. You have unlimited access to coaching via email. If you are in the US or Canada, I will call you at no extra charge. International clients will need to arrange to call me. This is a six month minimum contract but it can also be purchased for one year.

Diamond: You will receive three 50 minute coaching sessions by telephone or in person. I will e-mail you a written praise-and-action sheet following each session. The fourth week of each month will be used for personal reflection and recharging. If you are in the US or Canada, I will call you at no extra charge. International clients will need to arrange to call me. This is a three month minimum contract, but it can also be purchased for 6 mths at a reduced rate.

Amethyst: Consists of one 50-minute coaching session by telephone or in person and a session praise-and-action sheet. Also included are two e-mail “check in and encouragement” sessions each month. These e-mails include feedback, questions, insight and encouragement. They also contain progress updates.
